Hi, my name is Megan. At the beginning of summer my goal was to be 90 pounds. But not anymore. The number on the scale no longer determines whether or not I have succeeded. I have a new definition of success: happiness. If I am happy with the way I look, I refuse to let the scale make me doubt the extent of my success. That is for me to decide. I was 96 pounds when I was a size 1, and I'm still 96 pounds. The difference is, I am now a size 0. I have been working out a lot lately so muscle mass accounts for my weight staying the same. Muscle mass also helps burn extra fat simply by being there. So forget the number on the scale; it deceives you because it doesn't take into account the difference of weight between muscle and fat. Well, at least my scale doesn't.
